Overview
Interior signage covers two needs: code-compliance (ADA tactile and Braille at every permanent room) and brand expression (lobby letters, wall graphics, suite directories). Total Signs specs both, fabricates in-house where we can, and installs to keep your project on its CO timeline.
- ADA-compliant tactile and Grade 2 Braille signs
- Suite, restroom, stairwell, and wayfinding sign systems
- Dimensional letters and lobby logo walls
- Interior wall graphics and printed murals
- Directories with interchangeable inserts for multi-tenant offices
Typical timeline
Interior signage runs 2–4 weeks for typical office tenant fit-outs from approved schedules. ADA programs ship before final occupancy inspection so your CO is not delayed.
Frequently asked
What rooms need an ADA sign?
Any permanent room or space — restrooms, stairwells, exits, and identified suites. Conference rooms named with permanent signage also require tactile and Braille if used to identify the space.
Do you supply ADA sign packages for general contractors?
Yes. We work directly with GCs, project managers, and tenant improvement teams to spec, fabricate, and install entire programs against the architectural sign schedule.
