Where the business is headed
The immediate buildout replaces the placeholder site with a stronger marketing surface. Under that, the same Next.js app will grow into the customer portal defined in the README: request intake, quote review, proof approval, deposit payments, and production tracking for every project.
That direction matters because sign work is rarely just a one-click product. It depends on address, mounting surface, permitting, power, artwork quality, and install timing. The site is being built around that reality.
